Google Integration

Google Calendar access is read-only.

Calendar and event information may be retrieved for personal planning, daily summaries and related automated workflows.

The integration cannot create, modify or delete calendar events.

Gmail access is read-only.

Relevant email information may be retrieved to support personal workflows and automations.

The integration cannot send, modify or delete email.

Raw Gmail messages and Google Calendar data are processed temporarily.

The source data is discarded after processing.

Only derived information required by the relevant personal workflow may be retained.

Google data is processed by the application before information is provided to language models.

Only processed or derived information required for the relevant functionality may be provided to those services.

Google Workspace API data is not used by Belvant to train or improve general-purpose AI or machine-learning models.

The integration only requests read-only access required by the personal software using it.

No Google account functionality is offered to external users.

Google account access can be revoked at any time through the Google Account permissions/security settings.

After access is revoked, the software can no longer retrieve new Google data.
