This Privacy Policy describes how Belvant handles information processed by its private personal software and related Google integrations.

Belvant currently does not provide this integration as a service to third-party users.

01 / Information accessed

The software may access authorized Google account information including:

  • Gmail data using read-only access.
  • Google Calendar and event data using read-only access.

Access is limited to functionality explicitly authorized by the account owner.

Belvant's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

02 / Purpose

Google account information is used only to provide personal software functionality such as:

  • Planning.
  • Summaries.
  • Personal workflows.
  • Automations.

The data is not used for advertising.

03 / Processing and storage

Raw Gmail messages and Google Calendar source data are processed temporarily and discarded after processing.

Belvant does not intentionally maintain a permanent archive of raw Gmail messages or raw Calendar event data.

Derived information required by a personal workflow may be stored.

04 / AI and service providers

Google data is first processed by the application.

Only processed or derived information required to provide the requested functionality may be sent to service providers, including language-model providers.

Google Workspace API data is not used by Belvant to develop, improve or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models.

05 / Data sharing

Google user data is not sold.

Google user data is not shared for advertising or marketing purposes.

Information may only be processed by service providers when required to provide the requested personal software functionality.

06 / Retention

Raw Google source data is retained only for the duration required to process the relevant workflow and is then discarded.

Derived information may be retained when required by the functionality of the personal software.

07 / Security

Reasonable technical measures are used to limit access to credentials and processed information to the systems that require them.

08 / Revocation and deletion

Google account access can be revoked through the Google Account security and permissions settings.

Revoking access prevents the software from retrieving new Google account data.
